Ingredients

  • 2oz. Le Gin de Christian Drouin
  • 1/2 oz Blueberry juice
  • Squeeze of Meyer lemon
  • 4 drops Lavendahhhh bitters
  • Ginger beer

 

Steps

  1. Combine gin, blueberry juice, Meyer lemon juice and bitters.
  2. Stir to combine ingredients.
  3. Top with ginger beer, garnish with lemon thyme
